Styxopsidea
Styxops horridus (The Horrible Face of Styx)
At 20 feet (6 meters), this semi-aquatic behemoth controls the waterways of the Island's Northern Horn, with a large lung capacity and long neck, these creatures can stay almost completely submerged for hours on end, spending most of their days in the cool swamp waters to avoid any daytime nucenses. During the night time they leave the water to browse on trees and shorter plants. S. horridus has a terrible temperament though, and will run down most large animals near their water home. Fights between two males can be quite violent, and the winner usually gets that stretch of river.

Astericeratopsidea
Astericeratops inusitatus (Extraordinary Star Horned Face)
Originally classified as a Paragathaumaidae, It was later found that this rare ceratopsid was in a group closely related to, but not within Paragathaumaidae. This 15 foot (4.6 meter) ceratopsid calls the the Northern Horn home. Due to competition with Paragathaumaidae, A. inusitatus is probably one of the last Astericeratopsidea on The Island, and is considered endangered. It took a few expeditions over many years to verify the existence of this ceratopsian due to its rare nature, and it is expected to be extinct in the wild in the next few decades.
